How We Helped This Producer Add $8,396 in Email Revenue & 9x Their Active List in Under 8 Weeks
This client was already doing well running ads—most of their sales came directly from Meta. But despite having a growing customer base, they had barely scratched the surface of what email could do. Over the three months before working with us, they had only sent 2–3 campaigns and weren’t confident about email marketing.
In fact, they were hesitant to hire us at all—worried email might come off as spammy or pushy.
But after walking through the vision, we aligned on one clear goal: turn email into a revenue-driving channel that could support their ad performance and build a deeper connection with their customers.
Project Snapshot

We started working together on March 19th and wrapped up the project on May 12th.
In less than 8 weeks, we:
Generated $8,396.68 in email-attributed revenue
Saw email account for 25.07% of total store revenue
Drove a 301% revenue increase from email compared to the previous period
9x’d their active email list (from 1,430 to 12,787 contacts)
This was proof that with the right system, email could become a foundational revenue channel—not just an afterthought.
Goals Summary.
🎯 Goal 1: Turn email into a reliable and consistent source of revenue.
🎯 Goal 2: Win back inactive contacts and expand the active segment
🎯 Goal 3: Begin sending weekly campaigns to drive recurring traffic and conversions
🎯 Goal 4: Launch a new product with a structured email-first strategy
Rebuild Deliverability & Re-Engage the List

When we stepped in, the client had never used Klaviyo for email campaigns. Their list was mostly cold, and no proper segmentation had ever been done.
Our first move?
Build an active segment from scratch
Send engagement-focused emails to warm up the domain and boost deliverability
Ask for replies and engagement to increase sender reputation

This was the foundational lift that made the rest of the project possible. We started with 1,430 active contacts—by the end, the list had grown to 12,787 active subscribers.
Weekly Campaign Strategy

With deliverability restored and an active audience in place, we started sending weekly campaigns designed to:
Test different messaging angles
Highlight product benefits and testimonials
Offer small, compelling incentives (like gift cards)
Drive consistent traffic back to the site
Each email was built with the same goal: engagement first, conversion second.
Product Launch Strategy

The client had a new kit ready to drop—but had never executed a structured launch before. Usually, they’d just send a single email, turn on ads, and hope for the best.
We brought in a full strategy:
Free beta pack to warm the list
Waitlist signup page to gauge intent
10-day launch offer with urgency and scarcity
Key stat:
In the first 7 days, before any ads were turned on, we sold 90 copies through email alone. According to the client, this was 10x higher than what they’d normally do in that timeframe.
