Mantra’s New Website + Email System That Drove a 362% Sales Increase in Just 7 Days

Mantra is an all-time top-selling producer on Beatstars with a loyal audience, an impressive catalog, and even more impressive list of industry placements. Rihanna, Future, Dua Lipa, Neyo — to name a few. But like many creators, his backend systems weren’t built for scale.
He had traffic, he had products—but his email list was dormant, and his website wasn’t built to convert visitors into long-term customers.
That’s where HEATE came in: to create the infrastructure that would turn casual listeners into engaged, repeat buyers.
Project Snapshot

Before jumping into tactics, we zoomed out to look at Mantra’s full customer journey—from discovery to purchase to loyalty. We noticed a common pattern in the producer community: great product, strong audience, but a gap between attention and action. Artists were engaging, but not converting consistently or sticking around.

Our strategy focused on two key components:
  1. A website that guided purchases and increased AOV

  2. An email system that nurtured interest and automated follow-ups

Website Design: Built for the Way Artists Buy

Phase 1: Webdesign

We started with the website because it’s the hub. It’s where fans decide whether they’ll buy, bounce, or come back later. We focused on clarity, conversion, and community. That meant simplifying navigation, adding bulk deal callouts, upgrading the licensing layout, and embedding trust signals throughout.

On Mantra’s old pro page, he was missing what made him really stand out—his placements and credibility—something that builds immediate trust for new buyers.

With placements on tracks by Rihanna and Dua Lipa, that kind of credibility should be front and center—so we made it a focal point on the left side of the new product page, right where trust matters most.

Email System: Automation That Works While You Sleep

Phase 2: Email System

Mantra had a sizable list of past buyers who’d never been emailed. We rebuilt his email backend in ConvertKit with high-performing automations: lead magnet delivery, nurture flows, post-purchase sequences, winbacks, re-engagement campaigns, and a list revival series for older contacts.

Weekly Campaigns: Trust Before the Pitch

Phase 3: Engagement Strategies

Before pitching anything, we sent five weeks of value-first content to recondition his audience. These campaigns shared artist tips, beat licensing insights, and helpful stories—all building goodwill and open rate momentum ahead of launch.

10-Day Launch: Offer + Scarcity + Results

Phase 4: Sales Campaign

Once engagement was up, we launched a 10-day sales campaign offering 50% off sitewide. It included 7–9 emails, urgency framing, customer testimonials, and a “last chance” push. We mirrored the offer across the website and emails to create a consistent conversion path.

Results Summary

This was more than a sales spike—it was a system reboot. Mantra’s backend now turns attention into sales automatically, whether he’s online or not.
